Group fitness in the pool! Jump in for a workout that is 12 times more efficient in the water than on land! Offered several times a day, members use floats, belts, and resistance tools for a workout that leaves you wet without the sweat! The pool supports aching joints and muscles while lowering your body temperature and blood pressure – which allows you to work harder, longer (and burn more calories).
