Our group fitness and yoga classes, as well as our Playcenters, follow the snow/ice delays and closures of the respective school districts. If schools are two-hours late, then we cancel our morning classes up to 10am. Check for closure information here.

AMPD Strength
AMPD Strength takes the amazing power of barbell and weighted bar training and sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We use the rhythm, speed and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace. This class is excellent for all fitness levels.
AMPD Build
AMPD Build is a 30-minute pre-formatted class focusing on interval and varied intensity training – some of the most effective ways to burn calories, build muscular and improve cardiovascular endurance. The perfect recipe to change body composition! Options are shown so all fitness levels can be enjoyed!
AMPD Burn
AMPD Burn takes Barre inspired movement, together with great music, to a whole new level! This program delivers a hybrid workout – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of strength training – that is low impact, full body and accessible to all fitness levels.
AMPD Power Flow
AMPD Power Flow takes yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities. We use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of fun music to keep class participants on the same pace and create an inspiring and energetic experience for our students. This is the perfect class to bridge the gap between Group Fitness & Yoga.
BODYCOMBAT™
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYPUMP™
BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights and lots of repetitions, BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.
BODYFLOW™
Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. It will improve your mind, body and life.
CardioSpin
Conquer hills, win sprints, lose weight, tone legs and experience energy in this indoor spinning class. Located in the Chehalis Yoga Studio.
CXWORX™

Kettlebell AMPD ™
Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music, your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into calorie torching fun. 5-15lb kettlebell are used and is perfect for all fitness levels.
Lesmills RPM
RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
PiYo ™
Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. PiYo LIVE cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you shape sleek arms, flat abs, and a lifted butt—no equipment needed.
Pure Strength
Strength training classes are essential building blocks you need to help transform your body. Pure Strength will teach you proper form and technique as your improve overall muscular strength and endurance. This class uses all types of fitness equipment.
Rep Reebok
Pre-Choreographed group strength training designed to be used with a platform of free weights. Each month emphasizes a varied set of exercises and training that gives you pleasing results.
SeniorFIT
SeniorFIT is a low impact conditioning class for older adults. It alternates resistance tool work with aerobic conditioning. This class will improve strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and agility.
Sh’Bam
Fun-loving and insanely addictive dance workout. No dance experience required!
SilverSneakers ™
We use a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SeniorStrech
A great class to learn yoga. While traditional yoga uses mats on the floor, we use a chair. This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to creating increased mobility and flexibility. Good for people who are new to yoga, experiencing joint sensitivity or other physical limitations.
Super Sets
Super sets gets you resistance training which is crucial for weight management and body toning! This class you can do at your own pace so you can get comfortable with the movements, and then increase as able.
TurboKick ™
Burn massive amounts of calories with an addictive workout that combines kickboxing, sports drills, and dance moves within a party atmosphere. You’ll kick, punch and groove away in this action-packed, super-fun, effective cardio workout.
Zumba ™
Hate to exercise but love to dance? This is for you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin/international inspired music and dance moves creating an exciting and effective workout.
Yoga Class Descriptions

Ashtanga Modified Primary Series:
A modified version of the Ashtanga Primary Series, this vigorous sequence includes dynamic movement and many forward folds to open the posterior chain. Breath, bandha, and dristi are emphasized, creating an athletic and meditative practice.
Dharma II:
An expansive, heart-opening practice based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, a master yogi who has been teaching for over 50 years. The practice includes physical movement, pranayama, and relaxation. (for confidant beginners to intermediate practitioners.)
Dharma III:
An expansive, heart-opening practice based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, a master yogi who has been teaching for over 50 years. The practice includes a challenging flow, pranayama, and relaxation. (for intermediate to advanced practitioners.)
Hot Power Flow
Hot Power Flow is performed in 105 degree heat, and up to 40 perfect humidity. This is a vigorous yoga session that is pre-choreographed to uplifting music. The class will go through core work, flow, balance training, then end with Savasana.
Warm Yoga
Warm yoga is a form of yoga as exercise performed under warmer than normal and humid conditions, resulting in extra sweating. Temperatures can reach up to 95 degrees.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Asana’s may be held anywhere from 45 seconds – 5 minutes. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga. Let your stress melt away with this class. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for the day!
