Advanced classes are 90 minutes long and designed for gymnasts who have mastered intermediate level gymnastics. The goal is to allow for personal growth and progress. Each gymnast develops a list of goals and skills they hope to learn, and their instructor incorporates those goals into each and every class. Gymnasts will work on back handsprings, back tucks, front tucks, and more advanced tumbling on both floor and trampoline. On bars gymnasts will learn kips, front hip circles, squat on, jump to high bar, tap swings, fly-aways, etc. Gymnasts will work on all four women’s events.
