James Jimenez,
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
I’ve been passionate about sports and movement since before I could walk—literally. Growing up surrounded by older brothers who all played sports, athletics became second nature to me. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and that lifelong journey has shaped not only my body but also my mindset and drive.
I love helping people better understand their bodies, build confidence, and reach goals they never thought possible. Over the past two years of training, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from kids to seniors—and I truly enjoy working with everyone.
