A unique combination of AMPD formats blended together for an invigorating workout experience.

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music, your favorite kettlebells moves, and combines them into calorie torching fun! 5-15lbs kettlebells are used, making this class perfect for all levels!

AMPD Burn

A barre-inspired, low-impact, full-body workout that incorporates strength training and great music.

AMPD Power Flow

Yoga-inspired strength training with kettlebells and resistance bands. A perfect bridge between Group Fitness and Yoga.

Progressive strength training class that keeps workouts fresh, challenging and effective. Every 12 weeks the class is designed to introduce new equipment, methods and movement patterns.

Dance Fitness

Dance fitness is fusion of Latin/International inspired music and dance moves creating an exciting workout.

TurboKick

Interval based, full-body cardio kickboxing class designed to being the party to the group fitness room.

Senior Classes

SilverSneakers

SilverSneakers uses a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SeniorFIT

SeniorFIT is a low impact conditioning class for active older adults. It alternates days of aerobic conditioning and strength training.

Senior Stretch

A great class to learn yoga, using a chair. This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to creating increased mobility and flexibility.
