Programs
TAP ASC (Athletic Strength and Conditioning)
Our Athletic Strength and Conditioning program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete. In small, semi-private groups of 3–5, you’ll train under the guidance of a certified coach. Each athlete receives a personalized program focused on their individual goals, ensuring every session contributes directly to their performance.

TAP Fitness Classes
Designed for adults seeking to stay fit, functional, and healthy, our TAP Fitness Classes combine athletic training principles with fun, effective workouts. These classes aim to improve strength, endurance, and overall wellness, ensuring you feel athletic and durable for years to come.

Strength
Our strength classes are put together to help you get stronger, stay functional, and build lean muscle mass. This highly structured class will use free weights, body weight, suspension trainers, sleds and more to help you reach your strength goals.
- Mon, Wed, Fri: 5:30am, 8:30am, 5:30pm
Cardio
Our cardio classes are challenging, high intensity workouts that keep the heart rate up and utilize the full body range of motion. The workout will help you to burn calories, build your endurance, and keep your body healthy and durable.

CERTIFICATIONS: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CSCS – Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist+ CPR & AED Certified
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: B.S. in Exercise Science, minors in Coaching and Psychology (EWU)
Lauren attended W.F. West High School where she played basketball and softball. She then went on to play both sports at Centralia College and receive both her general AA and Associates in Business. Afterwards, she transferred to Eastern Washington University and graduated in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Coaching and Psychology. Lauren is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She also is an assistant Women’s Basketball coach for Centralia College. Lauren loves being outdoors and her hobbies include playing golf and spending time with her dogs.
Lauren’s Favorite TAP Exercise & Why: Dumbbell Rear Leg Elevated Lunge, because it is a brutally hard full body exercise that pretends to be just a leg exercise. It activates every muscle in your legs as well as grip strength, sore stabilization, and balance.
