A note about our classes:
Our group fitness and yoga classes, as well as our Playcenters, follow the snow/ice delays and closures of the respective school districts. If schools are two-hours late, then we cancel our morning classes up to 10am.

AMPD Fusion
A combination of AMPD formats, fused together to bring you one of a kind workout!
AMPD Strength
AMPD Strength takes the amazing power of barbell and weighted bar training and sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We use the rhythm, speed and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace. This class is excellent for all fitness levels.
AMPD Burn
AMPD Burn takes Barre inspired movement, together with great music, to a whole new level! This program delivers a hybrid workout – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of strength training – that is low impact, full body and accessible to all fitness levels.
AMPD Power Flow
AMPD Power Flow takes yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities. We use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of fun music to keep class participants on the same pace and create an inspiring and energetic experience for our students. This is the perfect class to bridge the gap between Group Fitness & Yoga.
BODYCOMBAT™
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYPUMP™
BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights and lots of repetitions, BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.
BODYFLOW™
Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. It will improve your mind, body and life.
GRIT Cardio
High-intensity interval training that improves cardiovascular fitness.
GRIT Strength
High-intensity interval training designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.
High Fitness
Old School aerobics made modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons for a unique HIIT experience. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun!
High Low
Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, this format is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout without the impact of burpees or jumping. Offering the same choreographed, sweaty fun as HIGH Fitness, HIGH Low brings you ENERGY GALORE with impact no more!
Hydroworks

Twelve times more resistant than land-based exercise that uses the same intensity. Rewards of hard work include smaller waist lines, increased muscle strength, flexible hamstrings, and reduced lower back pain. Low to no impact with high fitness returns
Kettlebell AMPD ™
Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music, your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into calorie torching fun. 5-15lb kettlebell are used and is perfect for all fitness levels.
Lesmills RPM
RPM ™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
Rep Reebok
This class challenges all your major muscle groups by doing exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. It also stresses muscular endurance and strength.
SeniorFIT
SeniorFIT is a low impact conditioning class for older adults. It alternates resistance tool work with aerobic conditioning. This class will improve strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and agility.
SilverSneakers ™
We use a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SeniorStretch
A great class to learn yoga. While traditional yoga uses mats on the floor, we use a chair. This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to creating increased mobility and flexibility. Good for people who are new to yoga, experiencing joint sensitivity or other physical limitations.
TurboKick
Turbo Kick® is an interval-based, full-body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like (think Tai-Chi) cool-down.
Zumba ™
Hate to exercise but love to dance? This is for you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin/international inspired music and dance moves creating an exciting and effective workout.
